Service and operator

The portal and Android app are not for consumer purchases. Account creation does not enter into a paid accounting-services contract. Scope, price, taxes, storage and processing duties are established in a separate written agreement.

Account and authority

Provide accurate current information and act with business authority. A registry number does not prove authority. Email verification, profile completion, administrator approval and applicable MFA are separate steps. New company requests need approval; administrator assignments do not.

Accounts are personal. Do not share passwords, MFA codes or sessions. Contact us if authority ends or access looks suspicious.

Documents and permissions

Administrators set view, download, upload and deletion rights per business, folder and person. Use documents only within services/authority and do not disclose to unauthorised people. Submit only lawfully obtained necessary documents, not malware or unlawful content.

Up to 100 files per batch. File-size and other limits for the particular folder are shown in the portal and app, subject to assigned permissions and available space. Success is shown after server confirmation. Keep required originals and check the result. The portal does not promise antivirus scanning of every file; previews are not official document verification.

Security and liability

Do not bypass permissions, attack the system, use others' accounts or disrupt the service. Access may be restricted for security, authority or legal reasons; contact the operator to review errors. Maintenance/providers may affect availability. Absolute security and continuity are not guaranteed. These terms do not remove statutory liability or protections in separate agreements.

Closure, communications and changes

Request account deletion via the public data-rights page or email, without the app. Closing an account does not erase the business archive. Verification, approval, blocking and security emails are service messages, not marketing subscriptions. Latvian law and EU requirements apply; contact the operator first about disputes, with jurisdiction determined by law and contract.

Save/print the text and version. Material new obligations cannot be accepted for you or applied retroactively by changing a page; renewed acceptance is requested where needed.
